The Vienna Conference on Instrumentation (VCI) will take place from Monday to Friday, February 18-22, 2019 and present the newest developments in detectors for particle, astro-particle and nuclear physics and their applications in biology, medicine, neutron scattering and synchrotron radiation. The conference proceedings will appear as special volume in the journal Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A.
