Duties of the Committee

The duties of the speakers committee are:

  • Contact conference organizers to get adequate opportunities to present the progress and results of the collaboration
  • Find adequate speakers for conferences and workshops
  • Guarantee a certain standard for Panda presentations
  • Make sure that only released material is shown externally
  • Keep track of all conference contributions, talks and posters
